Pavement markings are our core service — the work Falcon was founded on 25 years ago. From small commercial parking lots to highway lane miles to multi-story parking garages, we handle the full scope: layout, surface prep, application, and quality verification.
We work with all four major marking materials — paint, thermoplastic, preformed, and cold plastic — matched to the surface, traffic load, and lifespan the project needs. We comply with ADOT, MUTCD, and local city/county standards.

What we stripe.
Parking Lots
Commercial, retail, industrial, medical, multi-family. New construction, restripe, and full layout redesign.
Parking Garages
Multi-story striping with bay numbers, directional arrows, ADA, and column markings. Tight clearances, hand-applied where needed.
Roads & Highways
Lane lines, edge lines, crosswalks, and stop bars for streets, arterials, and highway projects. ADOT and city/county compliant.
Symbols & Legends
Arrows, ADA symbols, fire lanes, custom stencils, and wayfinding graphics. Painted or preformed thermoplastic.
Removal & Obliteration
Water blasting and/or blackout to remove existing markings cleanly. Required for restripes and layout changes.
Restripe & Overstripe
Refresh worn markings, overstripe existing layouts, and maintain striping on long-term contracts. Scheduled or on-call.
MATERIALS
Right material for the job.
Paint
Water-based. Standard for parking lots and short-term work.
Thermoplastic
Hot-applied, glass-bead embedded. Long lifespan for roads and high-traffic areas.
Preformed
Pre-cut thermoplastic shapes — arrows, symbols, legends. Heat-bonded to pavement.
Cold Tape
Two-part polymer, no heat required. High durability for demanding surfaces.
